It is only minutes from downtown and SAIT and the U of C. This suite has a large kitchen with enough cabinets and counter space. It includes four appliances - fridge, stove and washer / dryer. The rent is only $1195, and security deposit is same as rent. The resident is responsible 50% of the utilities. The suite has its own private entrance, while laundry is shared with the upstairs occupant. Parking is on the street. (Pet-friendly rental. Fee is $25 per month. Only 1 pet allowed.)
