Don’t have to worry about a property management company, managed by owner! Pictures are old, unit will be unfurnished! 2 master suites upstairs with balcony and patio downstairs. Townhome is an end unit, across the street from the clubhouse which has a gym, pool table, and is available to reserve for private events. Pool and hot tub are seasonal but we will grant you access to all amenities. Right next to an elementary school with a playground and track. Other parks, shopping, and I5 very accessible to this location. AC/Heating unit is brand new! Our current tenant leaves 3/11 so showings are unavailable until 3/14. Can post more pictures after this day. Since this is a townhome there is no RV parking available. Proof of employment and 2 references required. Deposit due upon lease signing. Income must be at least 2.5x the rent. Pet Friendly with additional non-refundable deposit! Utilities not included, owner does pay 150$ HOA fee.
