I took the photos before it was rented to the current tenant. Furnitures provided (as the photos show). New laundry set + Fridge (both bought within the last 6 month). No smoking. Pets considered. Yes parking provided. Yes you can use the backyard. $2700 per month. Tenants pay 50% of the utility (share with tenant upstairs). Last year the tenant paid about ~$100/month. Minimum 1 year lease.
