Downstairs is an unfinished basement that has plenty of room for storage and includes workout mats and a large dry erase board. The backyard has a large deck that walks out from the kitchen. There's also a 3 car attached garage. Central AC/heat. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Pets welcome up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent.
