Two of the three bedrooms are located upstairs so you can enjoy some peace and quiet from the living area of the home. All utilities including snow removal and lawn care are the tenant's responsibility. Pets may be considered for a monthly fee of $50 and a pet deposit. Weight, breed, and quantity restrictions apply. To schedule a showing or for more information, please call 715-514-5440 info for a pre-screening. All adults are required to provide full name and DOB.
