In the heart of downtown but feels like the suburbs. North of Victoria park on the North side of Sunrise by 2 blocks in a quaint community called Lake Ridge. Very quiet and peaceful setting surrounded by neighbors who have lived next door for years. Pets are welcome at the owner's discretion. Large dogs are not preferred but they will consider on a case by case basis, depending on the strength of the tenant among other things. Carport, outdoor living space, and gas stove and the feel of a single family residence (largest unit on corner) really makes this place a treasure. Most tenants in last 20 years have been long term, renewing lease multiple times.
