Washer & dryer included, private deck/balcony, wood burning fireplace, lots of storage, and huge walk-in closet in master bedroom. All 4 walls do not adjoin any other unit. Plenty of free off-street parking. Heated outdoor pool (May to September), indoor & outdoor tennis courts, and huge gym a short walk just out back. The community is located on a quiet street off of Hendersonville Rd. Less than a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea trail. 5-to-10-min drive to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. Within walking distance to dining, shopping, and a movie theater. Included in rent is electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and landscape maintenance. Also included is a platinum-level membership to both Asheville Racquet Club south and downtown locations with 46 combined indoor/outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, group fitness classes, childcare, and indoor/outdoor pools. Lease Terms: Listed price is for month-to-month lease term. 6 months or more lease rates available. See details below. - $2600 security deposit, due at signing of lease.
