Included in rent is electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and landscape maintenance. Also included is a platinum-level membership to both Asheville Racquet Club south and downtown locations with 46 combined indoor/outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, group fitness classes, childcare, and indoor/outdoor pools. The community is located on a quiet street off of Hendersonville Rd. Less than a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea trail. 5-to-10-minute drive to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.
