Also, Near hiking trails, 24hr fitness, Starbucks and shopping. Background check and income will need to be verified. Property rules; • Pets may be considered (we have many) • No overnight guests • No smoking (We don't mind 420in moderation/outside) • No drugs or substance abuse of any kind. • Social drinker is ok, but no heavy alcohol use. Room is not furnished. Room size is 9'8" by 9'4" not including closet and desk area. The home is on a steep incline, so it’s best suited for someone that is ok walking uneven ground, steps and hill walking. About us: Respectful, clean, family of 3(couple with 8yr old).
