Available at the end of August, the townhouse is being offered as unfurnished. 12-month minimum lease, $2,800 per month rent . NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING OF ANY SUBSTANCES ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY. Resident to pay all utilities, lawn maintenance is through the HOA. Utilities payable by Resident are gas, electric, sewer, internet, etc. The HOA fees, which include lawn maintenance & snow removal, as well as club house amenities (pool, sports courts, clubhouse, picnic park) are paid by the Owner.
