The apartment: The apartment is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the main floor of an older, but well-maintained house. There is air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a backyard. There is also a basement with a washer/dryer and storage space. The room: The room includes one wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. Costs: Rent includes heat, water, snow removal, landscaping, and parking. We will share the additional cost of renting the hot water tank ($6.50/each/month), hydroelectricity (aprox. $25.00/each/month), and internet (aprox. $20.00/each/month). Management: The landlord is an individual who maintains the home with the help of her sister. Allergies: I am allergic to pets and smoke. Accessibility: Unfortunately the apartment does not have elevator access. Other: I will not be taking occupancy of the apartment until August 1.
