You can view one of our properties in person by visiting our office at 1012 Hawn Ave in Shreveport, La 9:15 am - 3:30 pm. There is a $20 key deposit and we require a valid ID. When the key is returned, your $20 will be returned to you. Applications and more photos of our properties can be found at JWHprops com There is a $40 application fee. Application fees are Non-Refundable, we suggest to view property in person before applying online. Applications are transferable to another property for up to 3 months. Have a pet?
