Walking distance to Hillside Mall and 3km to centre of downtown, on bus route. Monthly rental is $2,800, includes water, wifi, cable. Renter is responsible to open their own account with BC hydro and pay for their own hydro usage. Available from July 1st. Move in date is flexible. 6 or 12 month lease preferred. Please note no pets, no smoking of any kind, no drugs, no partying. Noise restricted building 10.30pm - 8.30am 7 days.
