Renter is responsible to open their own account with BC hydro and pay for their own hydro usage. Available from July 1st. Move in date is flexible. 6 or 12 month lease preferred. Please note no pets, no smoking of any kind, no drugs, no partying. Noise restricted building 10.30pm - 8.30am 7 days.
