1350sf = 1050sf 3br Florence home + 300sf garage- has 200sf deck. House is half block from Oak St where all the schools are located. No smokers nor vapors, not even outside. Tenants pay all utilities. Before you pay any fee, or sign a lease- you will be viewing and touring the inside of the unit as this is not a scam. Regarding early process tours: I drive into town spending an hour and 50% of the time its a no show, 30% who show ignored the minimum posted requirements being thus immediately disqualified, and 10% tell me it won't do with reasons like "I thought it had more bedrooms"- leaving only 10% who may be serious applicants.
