Tenants pay all utilities. Before you pay any fee, or sign a lease- you will be viewing and touring the inside of the unit as this is not a scam. Rental applicants are required to visit and walk the property, look into the windows as the blinds were left up, and fetch an application only available on site to fill if still looks good. Move in requires one-year lease, cash flow exceeding double the rent/month, and credit score of all adults exceeding 650 to begin.
