Also upstairs is a second bedroom with a walk-in closet, a second bathroom, and a hall closet that can be accessed from the hall or the primary suite. The stairwell features a temperature-controlled ceiling fan. This is an end unit. Enjoy a one-car garage and space next to it for parking. Visitor parking is nearby. Fantastic location--just minutes from schools, parks, the Bountiful Recreation Center, shopping, restaurants, and minutes to SLC. I am looking for tenants with good rental history and references; monthly income equal to three times the rent, and reasonable credit history. I may allow one pet. Restrictions apply. No smokers. No smoking on the premises. Potential tenants must have automobiles that do not drip fluids. This property rents to a maximum of 3 tenants. I do a walk-through of the townhouse twice per year while changing furnace filters. If you would find that too intrusive, this property would not be a good option for you.
