Great location - close to Freeway 91 and 605 and supermarkets. Close to Cerritos College. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Prefer no smoking, no pet and Mandarin speaking. Wi-fi and utilities are included. Share kitchen, refrigerator, washer and laundry. However, we prefer light or no cooking and laundry only once a week and need to work with our schedule. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms available for rent. They are all upstairs. The owner lives downstairs. Good for students to share. For one bedroom with full bath, $1,200 per month. For two bedrooms with one full bath, $1,400 per month. Please provide your contact information (cell phone or e-mail address).
