There is a laundry hookup for you to purchase your own washer and dryer and have it professionally installed. Be advised, the unit gets a little water in the basement during heavy rains. No minimum credit score but you MUST meet ALL Requirements listed which are: 1. Income requirements are 2 year verifiable work history w/ income around 3X the rent~$5000 a month. 2. security deposit is $1650 and is due along with the 1st month rent ($1500) for lease signing. 3. ABSOLUTELY No history of Evictions and No smoking will be considered. A small pet under 10lbs may be considered for an ADDITIONAL fee. 4. $75 application fee ($55 background/credit and $20 application) charged ONLY if selected to move forward. 5. Tenant pays for ALL utilities. 6. Must follow association rules. 7. Must have recent previous land lord history. 8. Rent is paid via Zelle/electronically 9.
