Room and bathroom available in beautiful 2 floor 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in South Arlington right off of Columbia Pike. The room is spacious and has lots of closet space! The house has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher along with a fireplace. The rent is $1100 a month plus utilities. About me: I'm in my 20s and a teacher in DC. I love happy hours and nights out in Clarendon. My current roommate is moving on to med school. I've been very happy in this house so I'm looking for someone to take over her part of the lease and hopefully someone nice and chill to have around in the house. *Amazing location right off of 395, Pentagon City Mall and metro are only two miles away and Clarendon is three miles away. *Lease starts July 1 and is a full year. *No pets or smoking please. *Utilities to be shared equally among the two house mates (cable, internet, and electricity). *Shared kitchen, living room and dining room. *Tons of storage space *Lots of available parking *One month rent as security deposit Email for more information.
