We allow no more then 4 pets on the property at ALL times as long as pet deposit and pet rent is paid on each pet and no pet can weigh more then 50 pounds each. We do offer a discount in the house deposit if tenant wants to do the final cleaning and minor touch up and repairs. We usually will discount a couple hundred off of the deposit if willing to do so.
