This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1880 square foot house is across the street from Wilson Elementary and one block from West Boulevard. We've absolutely *loved* living here. The house has historic art deco architecture and lots of modern updates: gas fireplace, heated floors in the basement, on-demand tankless hot water, underground sprinkler system, towel warmer in the primary bath, built-in bar with wine fridge in the dining room, and a renovated kitchen with new quartz counters and flooring. Other features include a gas range with dual ovens, under cabinet lighting in the kitchen, lit built-in bookcase in the primary bedroom, central air/furnace, concrete patio with natural gas grill, and a yard enclosed by a six-foot cedar fence with two peach trees, rhubarb, asparagus, a tulip row, and a strawberry patch. House exterior was sanded and painted last year. Detached one-car garage with 240v outlet for EV charging off the alley. Wilson Park pickleball courts are one block away, Starbucks and Walgreens are three blocks, Safeway is six blocks, and downtown (with the library, Dahl Arts Center, YMCA, and Main Street Square) is less than a mile. Washer, dryer, and all appliances stay. Tenant pays all utilities. Available starting June 15.
