Lived here from 2023-2024 Lorna is legit the best property manager I have ever rented from. She was always super nice and even remembered my name which was amazing since we met maybe 3 times in the year to discuss issues that happened. The first issue was when I was moving in I noticed some door trim damage that we didn’t see during the initial walk through I talked to her about it and she made sure to note my account about that so it wouldn’t have been pulled from my deposit. The second was when one of the washers was on the fritz on a Sunday night since the offices were closed I sent an email about it thinking it would be a day before I got a response, to my surprise maintenance was there bright and early Monday morning. The third issue happened on a Sunday again where the element in my stove died I submitted a repair request at 8:30 pm Sunday and got a call at 07:30 am the next day on Monday. The maintenance crew was fast, efficient and clean they had the part for repair by 11:00 am and my oven was repaired before I got home from work. The property is quiet and clean.
