I just recently completed a tour led by Donovan. The three things that stood out to me the most were the amenities they offered, pricing, and parking. This residence was incredibly nice with lots of amenities that were of great interest to me such as the arcade rooms, the basketball courts, the grilling stations, and the pool!. The costs of the apartments were within range with other neighboring apartment complexes. Parking was not an issue as there was large volume of parking spaces for everyone.
