LG appliances included (washer & dryer), refrigerator, dishwasher, gas fireplace (that puts out some nice heat in the winter if you are interested). Have kept this place incredibly clean in the years I've owned it (no shoes rule, pets only 2 times in the house for a night or two to help friends). 2 car garage, full size driveway (can park 6 cars here if you really wanted without being in anyone's way). Built in 2019 and walking distance to PNC Arena, Drive Shack and several bars/restaurants/walking loop of Inside Wade. It's also about 2 miles from 440, Fenton shopping center, the back entrance to Umstead Park and Whole Foods on Wade Ave (3 miles away). I think the location is the best part of this townhome, you can be anywhere in Raleigh in 10-12 minutes, Downtown Cary in 6 min, the airport in 12 min.
