Property Id: 1224741 About property; Studio in law unit available august 1. Quiet under redwoods, walking distance from Caltrain, downtown Redwood City, and Trader Joe's. Located in historic Mt Carmel neighborhood. Fire place and Large deck with new BBQ, patio area and planter bed if you want to use for vegetable garden. Utilities included in rent (gas, electric, water garbage and wifi). No air conditioning, dishwasher or oven. Decent walk in closet with drawers and small vanity. We have a small double bed and desk and flat sceeen tv in the unit but we can remove if needed. In-law unit has a fenced yard, we prefer no pets, but it depends on the pet, so we may be willing to negotiate. In-law unit is about 30-40 meters away from house, on the back of 1/4 acre lot. About us: We are a family of 4, with a teenage son and a daughter in 2nd grade. We do occasionally have get togethers on the weekends. We have a large 100 lb dog, who's very friendly, but you have to be ok with dog
