it's its own tightnit community. parking is very limited. at times, there is a lot of noise. there's many families that reside there so drive slowly! the apartments themselves aren't to bad. spacious yet cozy.

Grasherwood is a older apartment building. I was just visiting but the apartment I went in was in decent shape for it's age. I can't speak for the rest of the apartments there is at least 5 buildings of apartments.
