SHOWINGS: Video tour only to avoid to respect tenant privacy. If vacant we are happy to give you a tour. APPLIANCES include; Microwave, Coffee Pot, Gas/Range, A/C, Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator. COSTS: The $300 monthly utility fee covers all utilities, gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, plus a streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, and landscaping. In addition, there is a $350.00 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required. TENANT PAID UTILITIES None besides the $300 utility fee mentioned above, unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement) PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). It is shared parking with the back unit, so please park on the right-hand side of driveway. You are also welcome to park on the street parking directly in front of the cottage, however, parking is first come first served. SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
