The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. One of the other bedrooms includes the door to access the back deck. The hall bathroom has a combination bathtub/ shower. All of the finished living space is on the main level, and there’s an unfinished, walk-out basement with interior access from the main level. Full-size washer and dryer hookups are in the basement. The lower level includes the fenced yard, the one-car garage with automatic door opener, and additional off-street driveway parking. Central heat (oil) and central air conditioning. Tenant responsible for lawn care and all utilities including electricity, heating oil, and water/sewer. No smoking. No cosigners. No pets permitted.
