This 1600 ft unit is one of two units in a 2-family home on the beautiful Townsend Common with a front porch to watch all of the festivities. The unit consists of the second and third floors. A generously sized bedroom on the 2nd floor has a large walk-in closet and there are two bedrooms on the third floor with nice deep closets- great for storing luggage and out of season clothes behind your current wardrobe. Those two bedrooms are the same size (mirror layout) and there is a large landing between them spanning the length of both bedrooms (we call that our craft room). Back down on the second floor, there is another giant room behind the kitchen that could easily be used as a fourth bedroom or a large game room (p.s. there is a bar built onto the staircase half wall). The kitchen, family room, and bathroom (with stackable washer/dryer) are all also on the second floor. Off-road, driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Only first month rent plus $1500 security deposit due when sign lease. Up to 3 pets of any size welcome with an additional pet security deposit of $500. Minimum credit score of 640, references, and clear background check required. Viewings by appointment only.
