Each of the three additional bedrooms also features its own private ensuite bathroom. The home is offered unfurnished. Additional amenities include a large deck and patio, washer and dryer, attached two-car garage, and access to the community pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Rent: $7,500.00 per month Lease Terms: • 12-month minimum lease • First month's rent, last month's rent, and a $7,500.00 security deposit are due prior to move-in. • No Pets • No smoking. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, cable TV, snow removal from patios, water softener salt, and water filter replacements. Lawn care, as well as snow removal from the driveway and walkways, is included in the monthly rent. Tenants are responsible for appliance or mechanical repairs under $200. Residents are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term.
