Additional amenities include a large deck and patio, washer and dryer, attached two-car garage, and access to the community pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Rent: $7,250.00 per month Lease Terms: • 12-month minimum lease • First month's rent, last month's rent, and a $7,250.00 security deposit are due prior to move-in. • No Pets • No smoking.
