The other two bedrooms are on the top level, and feature on-suite bathrooms, spacious closets, and Juliet Balconies! Unit includes gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Trash is included in the price of the rent. 1,768 sq. ft. of living space. District 11 schools. One dog or one cat, may be allowed. Monthly pet rent of $35 per pet applies and an additional refundable Security Deposit of $300 per pet is required. The security deposit for this property is the same as 1.5 times one month's rent. Our Qualifying Criteria may be found here: https all-seasons com qualifying-criteria Professionally Managed by All Seasons LLC, CRMC 1610 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80905. An additional $100 Annual Leasing Support Charge is due upon lease commencement and each renewal thereafter. This property is available for move-in on 1/22/26.
