L'immeuble est bien entretenu, service de concierge en cas de problème 7 jours sur 7. Vous allez adorer le quartier ! Loyer de 1200$ par mois : meublé, tous les services inclus dans le prix (Câble, Wifi, chauffage, air conditionné, buanderie située au sous-sol de l'immeuble). It is across the road from Park Lafontaine in an apartment building that offers a concierge service. The location is very safe and the apartment foyer is entered via a code. Mont-Royal Avenue is a 7 minute walk away and Mont-Royal Metro is a further ten minutes. There is also a bus stop directly out the front of the apartment - the 29, which runs along Rachel Street. During the day the apartment is lit entirely by beautiful natural light - both the bedroom and the living space have two large windows and the bathroom has a smaller one. The monthly rent includes bills (WiFi, heating, airconditioning) and there is a laundry with washers and dryers downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, microwave and a coffee maker. There is a television installed (with the stations also included in the $1200 rent). The couch in the living space folds out into a comfortable bed and also has speakers installed to attach your iPod. There are two wardrobes in the apartment, which can house a significant amount of coats, bags, etc. The person that I lived with is moving to Europe and so we are moving out.
