Refrigerator included. Google Fiber ready! One full bath, a mudroom and a small "basement" space in the back for storage. The home was remodeled in 2017, including brand new kitchen and appliances. Large front yard, and re-modeled backyard (fenced for privacy), with barn-door gates to driveway and garage. Easy access to State Street and I-80. A peaceful neighborhood in the middle of a busy part of town. Dogs permitted. No cats. All applicants subject to tenant screening ($35 +tax). Option to rent furnished or unfurnished. All utilities paid by tenant except for internet (Google Fiber) which will be paid by owner. Pest control and lawn maintenance also paid by owner. The Queen Room connects to a back room, excellent for excess storage or office space, with possibility of extra bed there if needed. The City Cottage also provides a washer and dryer, towels, a hair dryer, iron/board, cleaning supplies and basic tools. Home equipped with Google Fiber, providing incredibly fast and efficient WIFI. This house is easy to maintain in its smaller square footage. The backyard serves as a peaceful, private retreat, completely enclosed and perfect for pets and people alike to enjoy the fresh air . Garage is also included. My husband and I purchased this home in 2017, and relocated to Huntington Beach, CA, last year with our two sons.
