This home is available anytime in June and we are looking for a 22-24 month lease to start. Walking in from the garage you will find a landing area with laundry, office/4th bedroom and bathroom. Going up the stairs you will find a half bath, spacious kitchen area with large living room with fireplace and balcony. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, including primary with bath, and another full bathroom. 2 Car attached garage. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, w/s. Owner pays for lawn, snow, trash, and association fee. Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click “apply now” on the listed unit. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
