Seeking housemate to share a fully furnished apartment close to Guy Concordia. The room is warm and white-walled with wooden flooring, about 100 sq ft It's furnished with a bed, bed-side-table, desk and office chair. There is a wardrobe in the room and drawers under the bed for storage. It's easy to keep clean and good to work or study in. It has its own radiator too. The kitchen is well equipped with all the home appliances you may need for cooking, including a dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle, toaster oven, etc. The living room is spacious and open with lots of room for family and friends to sit down and gather. There is access to a laundry room in the building and there is central heating in the apartment. We also have a heating/cooling unit and a fan for the summer. You'd be living with a 23-year-old American girl, she is super easy going and she is an animator. She usually keeps to herself but she does enjoy a little socialising every now and again. The room will be available from mid-December, however, it would be preferable to move in during the first week of January.
