This is not your typical Montreal apartment! Very sunny with window on three sides. Balcony at front and in the back overlooking a lovely yard. It's a quiet neighbourhood with families, professionals, musicians, and artists. The landlord lives on the first floor, so any issues are taken care of immediately. Unfurnished and unheated. Le propriétaire habite au premier étage, tous les problèmes sont résolus immédiatement. C'est pas meublés (seulement micro-ondes inclus) et le locataire paie le hydro. La cuisine Moderne et rénové. Double évier et micro-onde intégré. Prise pour lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup d'espace de l'armoire. La salle de bain Salle de bains immense et unique avec douche de pluie et double évier.
