When you go back down to the lower level, you will find a huge area that can be used as a family room, a playroom, a den, an office or whatever else you may need. The lower level also has bedrooms and a bathroom. The home is pet friendly, but there are breed and weight restrictions and a pet deposit is required. Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, water, lawn care and snow removal. The association covers trash. There is a $45 application fee per adult. This beautiful property is located just outside of Prior Lake, so you are close to highways, shopping, restaurants and a lot of lake options, including Prior Lake and Lake Cleary.
