Spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, updated guest bathroom, living room, laundry/pantry, hallway linen closet, and attic storage space. Front-load washer/dryer included. Outside, the home includes a spacious backyard with a patio deck, perfect for entertaining. The yard is fenced in and is perfect for pet owners. Two storage sheds are conveniently located in the yard. Both on and off-street parking is available. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in or on the property. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis. Certain dog breeds are not permitted by the Insurance company! Non-refundable pet fee ($250). Lawn care, pest control and trash provided. Tenant is responsible for utilities. When inquiring, please tell us about yourself, profession and pet/animal. To apply, please complete an application (each adult must fill out an application). We also ask for two (2) recent pay stubs and if self-employed, the last two years of tax returns, landlord references (current and past).
