Large south facing yard is shared by all occupants during summer. Location: Unit is located in great inner-city neighbourhood of Sunalta. Convenient for commuting to downtown by car, bike, or on foot. Sunalta C-train station is approximately a 5-minute walk away. Close walk to great restaurants and bars on 17 Ave SW as well as local park. What's Included? $895 rental price is on a 6- or 12-month lease. Heat, water, and one uncovered parking spot is included in the lease. Electricity is shared (budget $50 / month). Internet and cable are available for additional cost. Prospective renters should be willing to provide rental application with previous landlord contact and employment reference. Prospective renters who are students will also be considered. There are three units in the house. The other unit are occupied by longer-term, quiet residents. 24/7 on call number is available for all after-hours emergencies (no need to chase your landlord). Looking for a respectful resident, who will treat the place with care, like the other residents. Pets will be considered. The photos of the unit has the furniture of the past (not current) tenant.
