Heat, central AC, hot water, electric, internet, parking included. Generator ensures power during outages. Must be responsible for some snow removal on path to apartment and private deck. One year lease. NO PETS, no smoking, no cable TV access. Application fee reimbursed with signed lease agreement. $1200/month unfurnished. $1400/month furnished One month rent's security deposit required.
