Credit score must be a minimum of 600. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Application fee is $55 for each applicant 18 and older to conduct background and credit check. If you are working through an insurance agency to find a temporary home please let us know! Renter is responsible for all utilities. Tenant has the option to pay landlord set amount for monthly utilities. Proof of renter's insurance is mandatory. Landlord will provide home security and quarterly pest control services. Lawn care services are available upon request. There is absolutely no smoking inside the garage or in the home. Pets are permitted.
