About 1520 Belcher Ave
A spacious, naturally bright room in a shared 2 bedroom apartment for March 1. The entire apartment is a great size, fully furnished but still has room if you want to bring your own furniture as well. The room itself is unfurnished, but there is a chance the mattress and boxspring could be negotiated. The other bedroom is occupied by a gay guy in his 20s who is a very tidy, quiet roommate. As the header says, this apartment is in an amazing location; walk downtown, to fernwood, oak bay, jubilee hospital, willow's beach... It's right by the 2, 8,11,14,15, 27, and 28 bus routes! Uvic is about a 15-20 minute bus ride away, and Camosun is about 10. You've got more nearby amenities (grocery stores, clinics, liquor store, cafes, shoppers, gyms, etc.) than you could count. Utilities, cable TV, and wifi are all included! Parking is extra, maybe $10-15/month. There is secure bike storage available and coin-operated laundry in the building. This room was posted last month, but I had to push my moving date back.
