Troy Hill is a quiet little neighborhood with great views of the city and excellent access to The Strip, Lawrenceville, The East End, Downtown, The Northside, and The North Hills. The apartment is pet friendly and is carpeted throughout the living room, hallway, and bedrooms. The kitchen is an open plan that connects to the living room, and is equipped with a gas range, pantry, microwave, and fridge freezer. All rooms are spacious and have plenty of natural light. Each bedroom has its own closet with bifold doors. A simple bathroom layout includes a vanity and storage cabinet with a bath/shower.
