Description: This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is ideally located in Oakland, just minutes from the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt), Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and a variety of restaurants and amenities. The apartment spans two floors, with the first floor featuring the kitchen and a combined living/dining area. The second floor includes two bedrooms and the full bathroom. The apartment is bright, with plenty of natural light and newer flooring. Washer and dryer hookups are available in the basement, and off-street parking is located at the bottom of the street. Lease term: Lease will end 7/31/2027 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, trash, and $125 per month towards water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $55 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.
