We have one bedroom, one bathroom units located in a secure, concrete building on Robinson Street in Oakland. It is only a few blocks from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals and restaurants. The bus runs up and down the street as well as across Terrace which is one block up. If you go down the street you can get right on Fifth Avenue taking you downtown, over to South Side, or right onto the parkway. The units feature: *hardwood floors *dishwasher *stove *built in microwave *new cabinets *plenty of closet space There are coin operated washers and dryers in the basement as well as storage units. The rent includes one off street parking spot in the lot behind the building. Tenants pay electric only, heat is electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. If the pet is friendly, we are friendly, there is no pet deposit or monthly fee.
