A study in wood, glass and rock. Beamed, vaulted ceilings. Floor to ceiling walls of glass face south to the beautiful back yard. Peek a boo water views, too! The huge living room has an electric fireplace inserted in a massive rock wall. Master bedroom has a 3/4 bath. The main bath has a sunken tub and two sinks. The kitchen is retro to the 50's style, with copper accents and plenty of counters. There are two bonus rooms off the kitchen. One is a casual family room and beyond that is a workshop. Please note that the pix are old. Tenants are living there until 10/31/19. Baths have new paint and flooring. New front door. If you are a fan of our flora here, you will love watching the Rhodies bloom in the spring. Plenty of other shrubs and trees, too. Owners are offering spring and fall pruning and other help. Pets OK on approval. Additional refundable deposit. The must be adult, fixed and friendly. The yard does have a fenced yard, not the entire property, but a portion in back. Pet application required. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of $5000 or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
