This 1970's split-level home has tons of space with two living areas, a big updated kitchen, mudroom, laundry room, and garage. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the west-facing rear porch! Two bedrooms and full bath upstairs, with three bedrooms and the second full bathroom downstairs. Both levels have exterior, yard, and garage access. No utilities to pay! Home is on septic and well, and electric and heating are included in your rent! Internet access is payable by tenant. Tenant is responsible for lawn care. Up to 2 (two) pets allowed with separate pet deposits - $100 non-refundable pet fee, $300 pet deposit and $25/month pet rent. There are breed restrictions for dogs. **NOTE - This home is literally surrounded by an active farming operation. Farming equipment is stored in front of and behind home, and the farm shop is across the yard, that is off-limits to tenants and their visitors. Tenants will be sharing the driveway with farming implements/tractors/trucks, and farming activities will be taking place with the high season being April - September. Additional Details: Tenants are responsible for lawncare. No smoking or vaping. This home is not approved to accept housing vouchers. Renters insurance is required.
