4.5 stars! I lived here for three years in two different units. The apartment manager, Danny, is always willing to work with you! He truly cares about the residents and their comfort while at Sturbridge, and we still keep in touch. The large dog park was a huge seller for me, taking up almost as much real estate as one of the buildings. The neighbors/fellow residents are lovely and sweet. So many dogs everywhere! The events thrown by the front office are a lot of fun, too. The pool is heated and open on a much more flexible yearly schedule than most other apartments I’ve lived in within the area. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Only reasons I put it at a 4.5: sometimes there is a bit of dog poop around, but most residents are good at cleaning up after their pets. When it gets icy/snowy, there are times it takes awhile to get the roads plowed or sidewalks shoveled and salted. Overall, I already miss this place. Comparable pricing for the area but you get so much more (in my opinion - I’ve lived in two other complexes in Westlake). Give this place a look - you won’t regret it, I promise.

Great apartments, amenities, and staff! I have been living here for over a year and they are very accommodating and willing to make sure you are 100 percent happy with your home. Any issues or problems, the staff is always available to help you out with no hesitation. When I was looking for a place to live, I wanted a complex that felt like a community, and Sturbridge definitely is that. From community parties year round to even events for your dogs, I definitely recommend checking this place out.
