Be responsible, clean, independent, drama-free, cheerful, and non-smoking person 2. Be willing to help take care of this amazing place and quick to clean up your own mess 3. Keep noise levels at minimum during weeknights Need to know: 1. We are a young married couple, both working/studying full-time 2. You cannot bring sleepovers 3. There is one shared bathroom, so we must establish a weekday schedule 4. No dishwasher so you must wash your own dishes. There is no TV because we watch all our TV online. 5. Laundry room is located on another floor but is very convenient and only costs around $5 a month 6. I will check references (must include current or last landlord’s info) and credit report 7. Must pay first and last months’ rents at least one week before moving in 8. Will accept rent via cash or email only. Will not accept cheques or cards of any kind. 9. Must pay a $200 security deposit (to be returned at the end of lease) to cover for clean-up or damages.
