The oversized bedroom features an extra large walk in closet with ample storage. The closet is large enough that previous tenants have used a portion of it as a small home office space. Hardwood floors run throughout the home, with carpet in the bedroom. The home includes a detached one car garage, plus permitted street parking for a second vehicle. Dogs and cats are welcome. The fenced yard and patio provide plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. A separate studio apartment is located behind the house and is rented to a single tenant. The yard is shared. The studio tenant is not allowed to have pets. The home does not include a washer or dryer, though several nearby laundromats and wash and fold services are available. 12 month lease required. Tenant pays gas, electric and internet. The owner pays for water, trash, sewage, and recycling. Pets are welcome with a $500 pet deposit.
