We're leasing out single bedrooms in a large five bedroom, two bathroom house with a private fenced-in yard. We're completely gutting and renovating this property. This house will have a large brand new private parking lot in the back. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms in this house are very large and will be renovated to brand-new condition. The house has tall (10 ft) ceilings with ample window light throughout. All fixtures are energy efficient (high efficiency HVAC, LED lighting throughout, ceiling fans in every common area and most bedrooms, energy efficient insulated new windows, etc.). The property will have a reinforced foundation, all new electrical, plumbing, furnace, hot water tank, windows, kitchen, high-end cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. bathrooms and bathroom fixtures, wood floors, in-house washer/dryer, etc. We are currently renovating this property. The house will be available for August 1st move-in. The house is in Old North (the highest demand area for student properties - and the nicest area to live as students). We usually get about $550 per bedroom in this area, but that number is reduced for this year to $390 since the finished product can't be seen until close to the lease start date. We can furnish the bedrooms, at your option, for a slight increase in rent.
