Amazing South Granville/Shaughnessy house seeks awesome 4th roommate for May 1st! $750/month (with all utilities, cable, and internet, $800/month). The house is a beautiful character home, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is lovely, with beautiful cabinets, new appliances including a new gas stove, a dishwasher, and it has a little breakfast nook. The living room and dining room are big and bright, and the living room has a gas fireplace. There are two newly updated full bathrooms, one of which has a large Jacuzzi tub. We have a great backyard with a garden and a large covered porch! Laundry (new washer/dryer) is also included, and there is an area for parking in the back for those with cars. We are three young, easy going, fun-loving females in our mid-twenties, one is working in cancer research at the BC Children's hospital, one is working in engineering, and one is working in finance. We enjoy music, dancing, cooking, biking, hiking, rock climbing, painting, yoga and exploring the city of Vancouver! While we love to have fun and socialize, this is by no means a party house. We intend to make this a lovely home where we cook delicious meals together, have a space to enjoy each other's company, and have the occasional dinner party with friends. The room for rent is an unfurnished beautiful, sunny, large room on the main floor of this character home. It has freshly painted walls and hardwood floors. The house is very central, and also steps away from buses: easy transit to UBC, VGH and Children's hospital, Langara, and 15 minutes to the downtown area. And we are within a short walk of Kerrisdale, which has many stores, coffee shops, and grocery stores! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, respectful, clean individual who is also in their mid-twenties to be our roomate! Ideally we are looking for a university student or young working professional.
